Final Round of the ACU British Extreme Championship

Eddy’s X-treme, organisers of the ACU British Extreme

Championship, are pleased to announce the final round for 2018 on Saturday 11th August. The venue to host the event is the fantastic Green Hall Farm, near LLanfyllin, a venue that has previously held both trials and cross-country events and has lots of interesting and challenging sections to host such an event. With many titles still up for grabs and a completely fresh venue on the table it promises to be a grand finale as it were.

The event starts at 10.00 am on the Saturday morning with the traditional two-hour morning race for youth, sportsman and vets. Following that, and maybe a change in the course direction, the “Big Guns”, the Pro (Championship), Expert, Elite Vets and Clubman, will get their chance to attack the Green Hall venue starting their two-and-a-half-hour race at approximately 1.00 pm.

Yet again the Fast Eddy Track Team will be looking into setting another great extreme course suitable for most riders. However, the event will need the support of participants and spectators which is why it will be FREE to spectate, and riders will also be able to pay on the day.
Entries are open now and will close 7 days prior to the event. To enter email fasteddyracing@hotmail.com or message Chris Parkes on Facebook, call 07889924560 or 01543 450150, option 2.

The venue is located between Oswestry and Welshpool, just off the A490, at Green Hall Farm, Llanfyllin SY22 5LG. Friday and Saturday camping is free of charge. Another bonus to this event is that on Sunday 12th August we will also be hosting another round of the Fast Eddy Club Championships so if riders want to make a weekend of it we are offering a discount to any rider that wants to ride both days.
