  The
Dirt Bike Cup
"British Youth Enduro" in association with "The Dirt Bike
Show 2010" will be holding Youth Enduro Events at the Stoneleigh Show
Ground on Saturday 6th of November and Sunday the 7th of November.
With over 24,000 visitors last year, you will have the chance to show case
you're riding skills and race against competitors from all over the country.
 These
Enduro Events will be open for Riders Aged 8 - 17 Years.
The Classes will be:
· Small Wheel 85cc / Honda 150cc
· Big Wheel 85cc / Honda 150cc
· 125cc / 144cc / 150cc 2 Stroke
· 250cc 4 Stroke
These bikes can be either Enduro or Motocross Bike's, there are no
restrictions on tyres.
Bikes must have the Rider Number on the Front Plate & Both Side Panels.
At Signing on you will be issued with a Bar Code to be fitted to the Right
Hand Side of your Helmet. This Bar Code will be scanned on every lap to
produce the Race Results & Lap Times.
Signing on for these events will be between 8.00am - 9.30am on both the
Saturday & Sunday.
We will be running 4 races per day each of which will be 45 minutes long. The
Race format will be that the 85cc / 150cc Small Wheel & Big Wheel Classes
will have their 1st Race at 10.00am and they will race for 45 minutes. Once
all the riders are off the Course & any broken tape & arrows repaired
the Next Race will be at 11.00am for the 125cc / 144cc / 150cc 2 Strokes and
the 250cc 4 stroke bikes , this will be the 1st of two races. This will also
be a 45 minute race and with a bit of Track Repairing this will take us up to
12pm. We will then break for Lunch for 1 Hour to allow you to return to the
Dirt Bike Show or rest before your next race. Then at 1pm the 85cc / 150cc
Small Wheel & Big Wheel Classes will have their 2nd Race and they will
race for 45 minutes. At 2pm the 125cc / 144cc / 150cc 2 Strokes and the 250cc
4 stroke bikes will have their 2nd race for 45 minutes.
At the end of both Races the results will be calculated and there will be
Trophies awarded down to 5th place in each class. This will be the start of
the Dirt Bike Cup which we will now run every year, so not only will you be
able to attend the Dirt Bike Show but you can also make a weekend of it &
have some racing.
All Riders who enter these Events will get Free Entry into the Dirt Bike
Show so saving £7.50.
We are limiting the Entries in each class to only 30 Riders, so each race will
have 60 riders taking part, you will need to book in early, no entries on the
day.
The Course is made up of a 4 x 4 Off Road Track with Steep climbs &
descents, woodland and a large field where the Race will start, it will be a
Dead Engine Start.
There will be a Pits area for refuelling & maintenance work.
The lap will be around 6 - 7 minutes and will be open for spectators &
family to watch.
There is a massive Hard Standing Car Park & Camping is allowed & this
is Free of Charge.
The Track is in the Stoneleigh Grounds and is a 5 Minute Walk from the Dirt
Bike Show.
British Youth Enduro runs under the governing body of the B.S.M.A and if you
have a BSMA licence you will need to produce it when signing on, if not you
can buy a Day Licence for only £5.00.
Entries are charged at only £30.00 per rider (this includes free entry to the
Dirt Bike Show) per day and this covers both races.
Or you ride on both days for only £55.00
It's a bargain as you get two 45minutes races + Entry to the Dirt Bike Show
and possibly a Trophy for only £30.00.
As places are limited you will need to secure your entry ASAP.
