WOR Events this February......The
championship kicks off, Playdays and a possible "Mini Extreme" Event
WOR Events have great pleasure in announcing the
venue for the RED / Play day on February 4th and the first round of the club
championship on Sunday 5th February.
The club will be using one of our superb Forest
venues up on the B4391. The Llandrillo Forest. A flowing and big lap of mixed
forest going that will cater for all abilities and will ensure a great start
to the 2012 racing campaign...
The course will suit all riders from youth through to adult and novice through
to Experienced...
Over 7 miles per lap, this forestry complex has the perfect balance for the
riders with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment as well as offering a challenge
here and there. Non Registered riders most welcome.... A proper venue and a
proper event that is certain.
The rest of February also will have another two
weekends of action with 2 play day weekends.
The 18/19th February will see a two day Play day take place at the superb
little sand quarry in Caverswall, Nr Stoke on Trent and then the following
weekend on the 25/26th February WOR return to Nantmawr Quarry for another two
day play day session.
Both these venues are really popular for the playday format, which is simply
come and play on your bike, and are always well supported .... Make sure you
get booked in.

One last snippet from WOR is that on the afternoon of Sunday 26th February at
the Nantmawr Playday, If the club get enough interest they would run a 2hr
"Mini Extreme" event using some bits of the Tough One course linked
with some much tamer going and put 6 classes in, Expert, Clubman, Veteran,
Sportsman, Novice. and Youth. Starting at 3pm and Running Through till
5pm...cost £40...If you fancy a bit of that then please let WOR Know ASAP so

stating "I wish to do mini extreme on 26th Feb".. The club
entries secretary will then be back in touch with you...WOR' Venues will start
changing once we get into March onwards and the open farm type venues will be
back in abundance as the club get access to their superb selection of venues.
