D3 Transporter
Whilst most teams seem to be getting bigger a bigger trucks in order to create a bigger and bolder image in the Enduro paddock, D3 has taken the opposite approach to stand out from the crowd and downsized, although space for tools and bikes is far more restricted there are many advantages to the little 3 wheeler, we can carry the truck on and off the field if its wet, we can once again use the "McDonalds Drive through" , we can do over 100mpg meaning we have an environmentally friendly vehicle and our drivers will never be caught for speeding again. Greg reckons he could wheelie it for at least a mile if Tom and Knighter sat in the back !. Currently the 50cc scooter engine is not quite up to the job of carrying all our tools and bikes and Greg's stock of Harribo but soon the team will be grafting a 530EXC-R motor will full Akrapovich system and having the chassis stretched a little for Tom's Bunk Bed. |
