7th January In very wet weather, Tom Sagar won the 2007 MWTRA Colstey on board a D3 Racing KTM. He was riding in a class of his own & appeared to be almost half a lap in front of the second placed man Ady Smith. Graham Jones & Simon Brown won the sidecars & Stuart Jones won the Quads. Most people were glad to see the 3 hour mark tick by as heavy rain leading up to the event had made conditions really tough and slippery. Results. Laptimes. Photos available from: Keith Bowen
8th January 2006 157 competitors braved frosty conditions to compete in Mid Wales Trail Riders Association's Colstey Hare & Hounds. Tom Sagar (left) was the overall winner of the popular annual season opener closely followed by Tim Foreman with Andrew Edwards in 3rd. Steve Ireland did well to finish in 5th place after falling heavily & chipping his collar bone. Steve & Ian Barnett won the Sidecars & Stuart Jones was the Best Quad. Photo from Keith Bowen
