This week's Welsh 2 Day Enduro at Llandrindod Wells had it all. Glorious
sunshine, sudden rain & plenty of drama. Daryl Bolter was the right man in the right place at the right time to
take the win.

Neil Chatham gave his Dad the result he had hoped for on fathers' day with his first overall win in a Scottish Hare and Hound. The Metzeler Melville Hare and Hound is a very fast event with wide open moors so Neil had his work cut out on his Drysdale Motorcycles Suzuki XC 125 to beat a hard charging Darren Scott on his Suzuki Rm250. Murray Thomson then Grant Smith lead early on but once Grants chain snapped it was all about Neil and Darren. Darren pulled 50 seconds on Neil after his first pit stop although Neil was on a one stop strategy with his XC large tank. Neil's Dad gave him the signal to push with an hour to go and he set about reeling him in. With less than half an hour to go Neil took the lead and Darren decided to stop for a splash and dash giving Neil breathing space to make the finish over a minute ahead. Darren finished second and D3 Racing KTM's Murray Thomson just piped Allyn Scotland to third with Paul Chatham fifth. Neil and Murray are neck and neck for the Metzeler Melville Cross Country Championship. The roles were reversed during the fun Hill Climb on Saturday with Murray Thomson making the most of his D3 racing KTM 250 power to win the Expert Class. Murray was put to the back in the grand finale and was just beaten by E1 Class winner Andy Gray.
