KTM D3-Racing are pleased to announce their racing plans for the 2007 Season, D3-Racing has enjoyed huge success supporting World Enduro champion David Knight over the last 3 seasons in which time David has won 3 British Championship titles, 2 World Titles and won many international extreme events. For 2007 David will race the American GNCC championship with support from KTM USA, D3-Racing is committed to the UK BEC Championship and with support from KTM UK and KTM Factory have agreed terms to support Juha Salminen and Tom Sagar (above) in the British Enduro Championship. KTM's roots are in the Enduro sector and MD of KTM UK Shaun Sisterson was very keen to make sure that they support the British championships with world class riders to not only promote the brand but also give credibility to one of the best domestic enduro championships in the World. Juha Salminen needs little introduction, his enduro career so far has seen him totally dominate with several titles to his name, he is coming back from 2 seasons in the USA were he won the 05/06 GNCC titles and will return to the WEC for the Factory team in the E1 class and with support from KTM UK and D3-Racing will challenge for the British Open Enduro Title on the new 250EXC-F. KTM UK and D3-Racing have also invested in the up and coming Tom Sagar, already European champion at just 20 years old Tom has huge potential, he will race a 450 EXC in British championships and has support from the Factory backed Farioli team for the Junior World Championship. Tom started out in Trials and has enjoyed great success in the schoolboy and adult ranks and he will use these skills to specialise in extreme events aboard a 250 EXC 2 stroke with his first outing being the Tough One on January 20th followed by Hells Gate in February.
