 Putoline XC Championship Round 2 Boreton Farm Organised by Fast Eddy Racing RYAN VOASE RACE REPORT I would just like to say a big WOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO that's how I feel right now, let me tell you the last two years have tested me I have gone from feeling high winning the 05 GBHS and UKXC champs and landing a factory ride in the U.S. to six months later and not even wanting to put my leg over a bike. The whole American thing was a big disappointment to me it had been a life time dream and it all fell through and it hurt me big time I felt like I had failed and let myself and everyone else down. I took a few months off and thought long and hard about what I wanted to do next and I decided to go back to where I was in 05. I started this season wanting to improve in wet conditions and finish every race that is my goal and its working. The first UKXC was quite wet and I felt real good and rode well to take second place. I was happy that all the pre-season practice in the mud had paid off. The second round of the UKXC was dry and fast with some nice lines I managed to win the race and beat Eddy which felt good, I respect Paul as a rider and trust me he takes some beating I've been trying for a long time but it feels good to finally do it. The main thing is though that I'm happy again and enjoying what I'm doing and being around my family and friends because to be fair without them around racing ain't much fun. I would just like to say a big thanks to my girlfriend Rach for being there she is a big part of me doing good and a big thanks to Martin my mechanic, Kawasaki, L.P.E and all of my great sponsors thanks for keeping faith in me Ry............
