Cornish
takes Manchester by storm
A determined Lewis Cornish totally dominated last weekend’s British Supermoto Championship 250 class by taking pole position and three straight wins. The Manchester Sportcity event was held within the grounds of Manchester City F.C. and drew a large crowd eager to catch some hi-octane action in the heart of the city. The sixteen year-old TRM Supermoto International racer quickly stamped his authority on proceedings during qualifying as he posted a blistering time to take pole position in front of his older and more experienced competitors. Despite a bad start in race one, Lewis out rode his rivals to take the lead and then went on to comfortably take the chequered flag first in all three races.
