Lampkin and Jarvis Join Knight in World Indoor Enduro - Details

Five time indoor and seven time outdoor World Trials Champion Dougie Lampkin, MBE, and five times British trials champion Graham Jarvis are the latest British stars to confirm for the brand new to the UK Indoor Enduro World Cup event at the Sheffield arena on October 31st.

When the gate drops at Sheffield for the first round of this year's World Championship Jarvis and Lampkin will both be in the hunt for World and British Indoor Enduro championships. Lampkin presently recovering from a hand injury which he sustained whilst competing in the British Trials Championship, is looking forward to getting back into action soon and showing another side of his two wheel talents to the British fans. While the fans will be enjoying the warm, dry comforts of the Sheffield Arena, the riders will making a splash and getting wet as one of the features of the David Knight designed tracks will include a water dip.

Both Lampkin and Jarvis have previously competed in European rounds of the Indoor Enduro World Cup with impressive top finishes last year. The duo were both spotted getting in some practice for the big event at the recent 3-2-1 Endurocross.

Former series champion David Knight and the Lampkin/Jarvis duo could give Polish Wildman Taddy Blazusiak, who recently won the Las Vegas Endurocross, a run for his money. Blazusiak also has roots in trials before becoming an Enduro star. Along with Blazusiak, Knight and company will also have there hands full with Spain's Ivan Cervantes who is the defending series champion as well as French ace Antoine Meo. Also confirmed for Sheffield is Supercross and MX star Mike Brown from America. Brown is sure to joined by a host of top British Supercross and MX talent.

NEW BRITISH INDOOR ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIPS ADDED TO INDOOR ENDURO WORLD CUP AT SHEFFIELD

Future West the promoter for the Indoor Enduro World Cup event at Sheffield Arena on October 31st have just announced the addition of three ACU British Indoor Enduro Championship classes to the evening schedule.

The three additional classes will be British Pro Open which will be open to pro and expert ACU licence holders, Clubman Open for non pro and non expert ACU licence holders and Youth which will be open to Youth ACU licence holders. Registration will be available shortly through the ACU on www.fwsx.com and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Single day licences will be available through the ACU. All three classes will qualify in the afternoon of the event day with the finals in the evening running along side the EX1 premiere class.

Top riders already confirmed for the EX1 class are Britain's David Knight, defending champ Spain's Ivan Cervantes and Erzberg Rodeo champ, Poland's Taddy Blazuziak.
