Illegal riding threatens the future of events in
Thetford Forest
Yet again the thoughtless actions of a few riders are threatening the future of off road motorcycle sport in Thetford Forest. Over the weekend of 21st/22nd November a number of riders decided to illegally ride in the section of forest where the recent eastern centre enduro championship was held. Diss MCC cannot stress enough that if the actions of a these riders are not stopped, the club will lose any future use of the forest for any off road events - this includes the British Championship Muntjac enduro in February next year. The police and the Forestry are taking a hard line issuing Section 59 notices and putting a number of bikes through the crusher. You have been warned. |
