Two Graeme P Chatham Ltd Trophies for Scottish Enduros
in 2011
The Scottish Enduro Championship gets under way on the 2nd and 3rd of April at Lossie forest. There were two new Trophies presented for 2010, David McArthur for the Best Newcomer to the Expert class and Ryan Bruce for best Under 23 rider in the Expert class.
Ryan Bruce won the best under 23 Trophy in 2010 finishing 8th overall Expert, this is the first year that this award has been presented and again it is to encourage young riders to make the move up and have something to go for. If you are considering which class to enter in 2011 here is something to go for if you make the move up to the Expert Class. For a full list of the 2011 standings click here;

The
best newcomer to the Expert class is offered as an incentive for riders to
commit to the Expert class when they do not quite have the experience or
skill to be challenging for the championship. The Trophy can be in
addition to the Scottish Championship, a rider under 23 could ultimately
win the best newcomer, best under 23 and the Scottish Championship if they
were to qualify for all three. Last year David McArthur finished 6th in
the Scottish Expert Championship and qualified as best newcomer, Neil
Chatham and Frazer Norrie appear on the trophy as they were best newcomers
in 2008 and 2009 respectfully, although no trophy was available at that
time.
