WANTED: Motorcycle Technician

Off Road Skills (ORS) forms part of the World of BMW group, providing off road motorcycle rider training and events in Wales and abroad.

Off Road Skills has been partnering with BMW for 24 years to deliver world class coaching and adventure experiences.

Our purpose built workshop is the backbone of our company as we run a fleet of new BMW GS motorcycles which require servicing and repairs to keep our business running smoothly.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Motorcycle Technician to join our experienced and motivated team in 2024.

Position description

As a Motorcycle Technician with Off Road Skills you will be working in an environment far from the usual technician role at a dealership service department.

With Swansea and Cardiff cities a short drive away, you are never far from all amenities here in South Wales.

You will largely be working autonomously while in the workshop and BMW specific technical training will be provided (if required).

General day to day duties will include servicing and repairing our fleet of new BMW GS motorcycles, support vehicles and equipment. You will also ensure the workshop is ready for action by being involved in stock/spares ordering and warranty claims among other tasks.

Professional development opportunities also exist for the right candidate, with support from our company to provide fleet management and workshop management experience and training.

An ORS Motorcycle Technician is more than a mechanic, a Motorcycle Technician with ORS is someone who has the desire to be involved in fun and exciting opportunities and experiences provided by our business.
