With tight technical climbs and descents this is a challenging venue. A combination of technical woods and fast fields makes this one of our favorite venues and is always busy. Make sure you pre book. As usual we'll have a parts tent on site as well as fully trained paramedics and a hot food wagon. Event Entry is £40 if pre-booked, a £10 deposit required when booking. The lap will be approx 28 miles and run as the same sprint format as last year, so each competitor will run a lap with a 16 mile timed section – with a total of 5 laps with the first lap being a sighting lap. The terrain will be mainly easy going with a few more technical sections in the timed section itself. (Grade 3). This is a chance to ride in some great terrain that is not available to ride, this year the course will be more technical but still rideable. 15th June - Mercian Dirt Riders Club Sprint Round 2 2014 Club
Championship. Wickwar, Gloucestershire. This will be run the same as
the hugely successful British Sprint Enduro Championship, using the same
timing and track building team. If you have never ridden a sprint before,
below is a brief explanation.All competitors ride one special test between
seven to nine times. Riders simply go from the pit area (paddock) to a
waiting zone and from there head to the start area before completing each
lap. Riders set off at 20-30 second intervals, so everyone gets a clear
lap. Once a test is completed it’s back to the pit area. When the last
rider finishes a lap the first starts the next. Riders will have about 30
minutes to ready themselves between laps. There’s certainly no hanging

14/15th June - Charity Off Road Weekend - To celebrate the 70th
anniversary year of the Normandy Motor Cycle Club. We are holding a
Charity Off Road Weekend on the 14/15th of June at Slab Common, Oakhanger
Road, Bordon, Hampshire. GU35 9HT As the Club was formed by local Dispatch
riders from the Normandy area of Surrey and based in Normandie France at
the end of the War the committee thought it only appropriate to support
Help for Heroes in our 70th year so ALL profits from this weekend WILL be
going to this worthy cause. It kicks off with a Trial on the Saturday
afternoon starting at 1:30pm this will consist of just TWO Routes (Yellow
Easy and Red/Blue Not Quite so Easy), the easy route will be suitable for
Trail and Enduro machines. It is hoped that to add to the fun side riders
entering both the Trial And Enduro would use the SAME machine for both to
get an overall winner. After the Trial we will be having an Auction with
lots donated by members, friends, and hopefully local businesses, it is
hoped to start this approx 5:30ish. That will be followed by a Bar B Q
with Burgers and sausages. And a chilli con carne with ALL the meat being
very generously donated by probable! NO the best Butchers around namely
WOODS BUTCHERS, North Camp, Farnborough. A VERY big thank you to Rob
Mussell for his kind generosity. And for Adults only there will be a
mandarin punch. On the Sunday there is at 10:30am a 2-1/2 hr Hare &
Hounds Enduro for Trials bikes, Trials S/Cars, Trail bikes and Enduro
classes. This will be followed by a 1hr Youth 12-15 Event on a shortened
course.

The club has set out a 2 mile circuit including several extreme sections (Rocks, Logs, Tyres etc). There are slower “chicken routes” around some of the obstacles. The format will be 2 x 45 minute races, with classes for Pro, Expert, Clubman, Veteran Over 40’s, Veteran Over 50’S & Sportsman. There is good prize money up for grabs in the pro class – 1st = £150, 2nd =£100 & 3rd = £50, with awards to the top 3 in all the other classes. The 1st race will start at 6.45pm. Trail has got another Freeride coming up the end of this month at
Highhammx track. This track is a real Old School motocross track with
plenty of character in it. Consisting of steep climbs and drop offs, there’s
lot of elevation which gives a good amount of technique training and
skill. A great credit to this track is the jumps incorporated that are
well thought out and designed to suit all levelled riders. There is a lot
of fun to be had at this track conjoining MX and Enduro qualities.

event at Pandy is on Sunday 13th July. The track will be run in a
clockwise direction for the first time in the eight years the club have
been running there. The track is only used by MDR and is in excellent
condition (it actually needs some rain to keep dust down) with a lot of
new going cut into the hillsides. The track will be around 5 miles in
length, with several easy/hard options. The far woods will mostly be run
downhill with only a few switchbacks turning up. There will be a lovely
jump up to the start finish field bringing some ideal photo opportunities

On the weekend of 2/3rd August we will be holding our annual weekender at

are looking for the challenge of the extreme ups and downs the choice is

time, we will be running a ‘King of the Hill’ competition and a timed

The organisers the Sudbury Motor Cycle Club are expecting 20 or so Teams for this annual relay race starting at 11am and runs for 4 hours nonstop. For the first 15 minute session there is a mass start for the nominated rider from each team and when the time is up at the end of each session the team member then make their way to the top of the holding bays hand their machine to a team member while they run in full riding gear to their holding bay hand over the race jacket and transponder to the next team member who then runs to the bottom of the holding bays fits the transponder onto the machine to complete their session. It is very spectacular to see the competitors sometimes struggling to run in their riding outfits to save or gain precious seconds in order to win or beat other teams of the same calibre as them. 25th October - MWTRA 2015 -2016 WINTER CROSS COUNTRY FOREST CHALLENGE -
HELD OVER 3 ROUNDS - Supported by Freestyle Bikes - Round 1 of the 3 round
Winter Cross Country Forest Challenge 2015 / 2016, will be held on
the at the ever popular Ceri Forest Venue, with only 2 events a year
allowed at this venue, the route here is of little used enjoyable woodland
and Farmland going. The Solo Classes of Ironman and Teams (Expert,
Clubman, Sportsman and Vets) will start at 11.00hrs for 4hrs. All the
other Solo Classes (Expert, Clubmen, Sportsmen, Beginners, Vets, Moto X
and T/Shock) will ride together in their Classes starting at 1200hrs for
3hrs. Timing will be by Bechronized Transponders with Live - Times. The
regs will be available on the club website www.mwtra.co.uk

1st November - Builth MCC - Bwlchilliau - Sunday 1st November will
see Builth Wells motor club run there ever popular Bwlchilliau hare and
hounds nr Llanafan Builth Wells. Having been a enduro based event in the
past and now with some new rides/going the event really will be one to
suit all level of riders from sportsman all the way up to experts, and of
course still catering for the sidecar crews as well!! The club have been
working hard to make sure all levels of riders enjoy the flowing course
which will be laid out and an enjoyable days riding will be had buy all
riders. This event in the past has always gone down well with all so don't

This is our home track, we’re constantly evolving at this site, and no 2
events here have the same layout, with plenty of mixed riding, technical
woods sections and fast open fields, there’s something for everyone. The
entrance to this track is located just off the roundabout with the A21 at
Tunbridge Wells Industrial Estate. The Junction into Kingstanding Way is
at the traffic lights next to Carpet Right. The site entrance is about 500
