FIRBANK WESS WRAP UP... Words :WOR EVENTS MEDIA "Well its been a couple of years due to council restrictions but WOR where back at Firbank in Cumbria with a bang as the Wess Rd 2 and associated events within that Title took place last Weekend. A bright but cold Saturday and an unbelievable dry sunday (it was wet elsewhere in uk) had the 4 mile moors and mx track in the best condition ever seen there. Loamy powdered berms, mixed with rock and tricky terrain mixed up a full old school hare and hounds loop.
Full video Race report coming from Steve Ireland very soon... The Big winners where ... Tomi Huw Roberts in the Tiny's, Zac Marshall in the Juniors and THE MACHINE GETH HUMPHREYS in the main race.. As always a massive thanks to all that make the evebnts happen, from the brilliant caterers and Medics through to the amazing Staff, photographer Doc, Landowners, laps scoring team and as always the biggest thanks to the RIDERS that support these events and make them happen.

A great paddock atmosphere and set up made for a very good "event
feel" and the general feedback from all was a great weekend was had by all
