The Club operates under ACU regulations and their main tracks for 2009 will be the ever-popular and testing track at Talsarn and the exciting and fast flowing new track at Lledrod. YMSA Talon trophy Trial Miltown quarry. Round 1 took place at MIltown quarry consisting of some huge rocks and steps it was a bitter cold day for all riders with snow on the way. The trial consisted of 3 laps 12 sections with A class starting at section 11. In the A class we saw Chris Short (JST GAS GAS) who didnt have a great start having a five on section 1 together with some 3s which made his first lap score of 24 marks lost. Chris's Second and third lap scores was much better with 15 and 14 .Ben Morphett took the win on 30 with Jack Sheppard second on 32 and chris third on 54. In the B class saw tom dexter (gasgas) took the win on 10 with chris stay (gasgas) on 17 luke walker third on 19.

Wilson returns to wining ways

The National Putoline Hare Scramble Championship got under way last weekend with record amounts of riders attending in all some 450 riders entered the various races over the action packed week end maintaining the series unrivalled popularity. The True Grit Off Road team had made many changes to the course including widening the wooded sections , new virgin grass field loops and a new MX section near the start area. all blended in to make possibly one of the best driffield courses in the 18 year history of Enduro events on the area. Leyland based KB Racng have announced their 2009 XC line up. The team consists of (left to right) team manager Kenny Belfield, 18 year old Lewis Belfield, Lincoln Brewster, and new signing Rowland Morris, alongside top spannerman Craig Chadwick. 

The current sponsors helping the team along the way are Motul oils, Sinisalo clothing, Gaerne boots, Nau helmets, Rip n roll Goggles, FMF pipes,and Michelin tyres and mousses. As well as the WOR Premiership, the team will be contesting the GBXC, selected British and European enduro championship rounds and are currently talking about possible GNCC races. The team will also be holding some training days in Wales where you can learn some good tips from all three riders regarding cross country racing along with bike set up and maintenance.
