Greetings from Dot Jones on Friday here in France at the first round of the 2009 European enduro Championship at Riom es Montagnes. The name of the town tells you we are up in the Cantal mountains just below the snow line - yes there is lots of the white stuff around- a stiff breeze, more like a gale, is blowing very cold air air across the paddock. Located near to the cattle market some of us feel right at home with the aroma of manure wafting into the work area. Full report TMUk Electraction Report Bradley King's Report Congratulations to Leo Cordingley - the only Veteran to finish both days of this grueling event.

BEC Expert rider Neil Chatham had a disastrous start to the final moto of the first round of the Borders Championship at Duns on Sunday. Racing in the open class on a Suzuki rm 125, Neil was unsighted by the dust & crashed on the 2nd corner. By the time he had restarted, the young Scot was 3rd from last but he working his way up through the pack with some impressive triple jumps to finish 2nd two stroke & 11th overall. It was a closed to club open motocross with Stuart Flockhart, Craig Trew, Ross Rutherford and Jamie Law all on 450's so it was pretty tough on a 125 two stroke.
