A 15 mile lap will incorporate tracks that were established when WTRA first started running on Forestry Commission land in 1974, together with some new going that the club have been able to open up. | 6th September - The Chiltern Hills Enduro Club (CHEC) are bouncing back after the disappointment of cancelling their July race by staging a mega event at Lane End. There will be an extra large track in two parts, with the intention to reverse the course at half time (weather permitting). The CHEC club is returning to it's roots - therefore the championship that was started this year is being scrapped so that the fun element can be recreated in their events. Unfortunately occasional 'enthusiastic' ridding by some riders chasing the championship were putting some novice riders off. CHEC hopes to recreate the fun and friendly atmosphere that they were renowned for and welcomes all riders, novice & accomplished, looking for a great days ride with like minded individuals. The club would also like to announce the fully automated 'on-line' registration and booking in system for all future events. Round 10 National Putoline Hare Scramble Championship The dirtbike-traxs team move from spending the summer in Lancashire to the east coast of yorkshie to woodhouse farm great ayton for a weekend of xc , hare scramble action , the course is based on the former mx track that loops around the hillside with added woodland trails, as the championship reaches the penultimate round there is a lot to be decided, in the expert class the £1000 top prize is between the current champion the biffstar and the joe deakin , with close battle in lots of the other classes the weekend starts on friday with camping in the beautiful surrounding of captain cooks country, on Saturday graham Jarvis holds one of his much acclaimed enduro xc schools , while starting at 11 am the is a practice session running till 4 pm using the xc course , Sunday 9 am is the youth and ladies race followed at 11,30 by the adults .anyone wishing to ride in any of the events should ring 07914777534 to book a place . |

| 20th September - Scottish Enduro Championship - The ELRAT Giffin Enduro was cancelled at the weekend due to the severe weather therefore the next round of the Scottish Championship is on the 20th September at Yarrowford near Selkirk. The Metzeler Melville Team has invested in updating the timing equipment for the special tests and the club is hopeful that it will give more accurate results much quicker. In the Expert Class Derek Little is at the top of the Championship table although there have been 7 winners in 8 events with Neil Chatham and Allyn Scotland taking their first overall wins recently. Grant Smith is in second place with a raft of riders close behind including the young talented Fraser Norrie and the mud master Murray Thomson. Derek, Grant and Ricky Mair are starting their preparations for the ISDE next month. This popular enduro will be set out with the poor weather in mind although most of the course should stand up well and therefore the event should go ahead. Regs |

| 15th November - Ceri 2 Man & Ironman November Hare & Hounds - After a very successful October event with a lot of new going, the route team have extended the November course by 3k with freshly graded tracks added to the well planed lap. This venue offers going for all with the majority of the course being off road forestry and farm land, with if you wished some of the best views to be found anywhere. Again the start is at 10:00 for the Solo's and 11:00 for the Quads and Sidecars.
